Phases of Transition/Time on our Hands
An exhibition at Plymouth University, linked with BAS7 which is being held at Peninsula Art.
The opportunity arose as many of us realised we had, indeed, Time on Our Hands through the summer holidays. The exhibitions includes contributions from students in varying stages of their degree, lecturers and technicians. The British Art Show are also looking at time this year, as am I. Do I believe in Fate? Sometimes I do, yes I do.
A Stitch in Time / Passtimes
When you think about having time on your hands, most people naturally think of the things they can do that normally we do not find time to explore.
More time as a family, perhaps? Walking the dog? Learning a new sport?
For me - time to breath. Fresh air. Almost solitude - but with sporadic, light companionship.

Life follows a time line - Creation to Expiration
The plateau inbetween two extremes is where we find our lives.
What we do with it seems bizarely uniform.

A Stitch in Time / The Dress
A snapshot of childhood happiness - my favourite dress - a stitch in time. Delightful sunny days filled with security and love. Rose tinted? Not in a child's eyes - they see things more simply.
